This answer can be a little complicated. Escrow services is one of our Transactional Funding products. Basically, escrow services funds a bank account in escrow with your name being added to the account. This product works for trading platforms that accepts leased funds or sets up a new escrow account for a deal/contract you may need to close or funds a CMO flip. We do prefer to use our own title company for the holdings.
With those answers, you may already know of a deal or have a deal that needs this type of Transactional Funding. Along with all of our other products, escrow services, seems to be the most wanted.
