Its time for my update here it has been awhile. I will jump right into it. Its not hopping mad with buyers right now but they "do still exist" . I personally have been comfortably busy doing what I do. I am so happy spring is finally in the air.
I heard some non positive Michigan News today about the Ann Arbor News closing its doors. Was that really unexpected ? Print has been going bye bye for quite awhile now. On the positive note today I got a call from some really excited buyers Im due to close on March 25th , They wanted to postpone until April 1 , Why ? Well nothing bad they Heard about Michigans Senate Bill 346. It has passed the Senate and not the House of Reps yet . The exciting news that it is yet another home-buyer incentive that will be issued from the State level in addition to the Federal already passed stimulus package.
Folks we are talking another 10k in incentives for you to purchase a home ! Do not get too excited keep your eye on it . I will let you know.
Other than that Im cant wait until its warm warm warm !
