I entered into a search for a new home rather abruptly earlier this year. Quite frankly I had no idea whom to enlist for help in finding a home but I listened to a friend who recommended Debra Drummond of RE/MAX on the trail in Plymouth. All I can say is: THANKFULLY I LISTENED TO MY FRIEND'S ADVICE!!
From day one Debra guided me through a very complex process involving location, types of residences, pricing and even property tax issues. I must say it was easily discernible that Debra not only "knew the housing business", she knew how important finding a house was to the BUYER!!
On occasion after occasion Debra fielded telephone calls filled with questions that I am sure she often felt were inane but always made me feel as if I was her NUMBER ONE CONCERN. Quite often on a moment's notice, Debra was able to secure a "viewing" of a home I was interested in. And although I am sure she was tired from her long days of working with me, she NEVER complained or acted in a manner other than one hundred percent professional.
When the day came when I "found" my new home and made an offer, Debra was just as excited as I was when the "bid" was accepted. From the house inspection, to answering questions relating to the home and up to the final "walk through" and the "closing" day, Debra was with me every step of the way.
I know there will come a time in the future when I will be asked by someone to recommend a person and company to handle a home sale and/or purchase.
