About Jerry

I believe in treating my clients like I want to be treated.  Buying or selling a house is a "huge" life decision and shouldn't be taken lightly by anybody.  I believe an agent should go that extra mile in assuring their clients not only know what is going on but understand it as well.  I let my clients know in advance that I am going to provide them with as much informtion as I can find about a subject property.  I encourage questions of everybody.  It's just human nature not to ask what you think is a simple question, thinking that it may sound silly or make you look uninformed.  That's ok.  Selling and buying a home is not a simple or easy process.  That is why you should always look to a professional Real Estate Consultant to assist you with one of the most important decisions of your life.

Areas of Expertise

In order to develop a better professional knowledge of Real Estate Practice and Ethics, I received my Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from the Arkansas Realtors Asssociation early in my career because I believe you can never know enough about Real Estate.  Prior to getting into Real Estate I worked many years in the area of Environmental Health.  I was responsible for the oversite of regulatory programs that impacted drinking water, land development, septic systems, Plumbing and Heating and Air Code Enforcementd.  I also wrote and assisted with the passage of Arkansas first Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Licensing Law.  I also worked to assist the Arkansas Legislators with understaning Public Health's role in dealing with Meth Labs.  These years have provided me with both a practical and working knowledge of land development, individual septic systems, private water wells, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, meth lab abatement and many other areas that impact housing in both rural and metropolitan areas.  If you are going to buy land, you want someone who has a background and knowledge in rural property development.
