I transferred my License to Foltz Realty in 1988. Real Estate sales have been good to me and I appreciate all listings and sales, big or small. In the last few years I have been doing alot of selling of foreclosured properties. This has allowed me to work out of my home more. I live on the Auglaize River, south of Defiance, Ohio and by far get most of my calls from someone looking for a river property. They are in deed a pleasure to show.
