| My wife and I had such a challenging time finding a house in the competitive market of Clintonville. We had a series of missed opportunities so we decided to find another realtor. | Bill was easily the best real estate agent we have worked with in our recent moves across the east coast. He consulted with us to get an idea of what we were looking for and showed us the best of the best houses to meet our needs. He was quick, reliable, and always on top of things. He was very knowledgeable about the market and made the process extremely easy. Bill always had great suggestions for improvements to make the house more valuable, and we valued his opinions. He never made us feel pressured or rushed; but, due to his efficiency, we were making an offer (at Starbucks) after a day and a half of house-hunting. Bill's technology expertise allowed us to negotiate and sign counter-offers on our drive back to our home in Virginia. And his job didn't stop there. He was always available (even after closing) and in constant communication. He took care of each problem that arose with ease, which really lessened the stress of our out of state move. We absolutely love our house and can't thanks Bill enough for everything he did to help us get it. Above all, we had a blast working with Bill! | Bill goes above and beyond what was required. This seems an easy thing, but it is not. This is especially true when you have two first time home sellers who are eager, nervous, and excited to buy their first home together and sell the bachelor pad. Bill promptly responds to emails, text messages and phone calls. In short, he is available and he makes you a priority. Additionally, he is honest. Bill will provide you with his opinions, when asked (we begged for them!), on both how to ready your home for selling and suggestions related to the purchase of a new home. He is experienced and he is knowledgable about real estate and about home renovations. Additionally, what Bill does not know, he tends to know someone who knows – for example, Bill suggested we fix an overhead light that had unsightly visible cords and do a little ceiling work in our home prior to selling, he also suggested the handy man and electrician to cheaply and correctly perform the work. These suggestions made an impact in our sale and served to assist us in getting the work done. Bill even met workers at our home when we were unable to do so to ensure the work was completed before a showing! Bill eases home buyer/seller tensions with honest feedback and his hard work. I would and I do recommend Bill Robbins as a realtor – in short, Bill is the consumate professional and a genuinely nice guy. |

| Bill Robbins is not your standard real estate resource – he is extraordinary. I didn’t find him through a recommendation either, because I am new to Columbus. But my first contact with Bill (about a listing of his on the internet) developed quickly into a solid partnership, based on all the things you look for but don’t always find. He quickly grasped what we were looking for (without much explaining on our part), watched our pocketbook (didn’t want us to buy a lovely, but over-improved home), was responsive and worked around our schedule – not his, saw us through the buying process including finding and scheduling workmen for improvements before we moved in, and was always light and easy to be around. Bill’s knowledge of the market is deep, he is highly networked, and he works really hard. And then Bill did what really counts – he found the right home for us, one that wasn’t even on the market at the time. A caution: Bill has a big voice (and I say that with great affection) – he’s just so energetic, he can’t be otherwise! Bill Robbins is the realtor we will go back to – like many of his other clients. And in my mind, that’s the best confirmation you can ask, for how good he is. |

| Moving in from out of State puts particular pressure on buying a home. You have limited time to pick a place, you are not available to be there during a build out to keep an eye on the contractor and communication through the process is critical given the distance involved. There are so many homes on the market you really need a pro to help filter the selection to what you are really looking for and Bill was fantastic. He listened well to our wants and needs, watched us as we reacted to our first showings and adjusted what we saw appropriately, not wasting our time. Once the selection was made he was available by phone every time we called, no voice mail or secretaries. He has an extraordinary eye for décor and helped us pick finishes. He spent time every week during the build out of our unit, sending us pictures and monitoring the contractor’s progress. I felt very comfortable not being there knowing what he was doing. I have moved 9 times in the last 25 years and Bill is the best realtor I have ever had. |

| One word to describe Bill Robbins as a real estate agent. AWESOME! He helped us find a home in 2 weeks for a great price in German Village. Also, he was diligent in following up with lenders, lawyers, and everyone involved in the process. He works very, very hard for his clients (I would even get emails from him at 2 am sometimes!)
