This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a home. Lisa is amazing! She is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find someone who does, and as quickly as possible. I would consider myself a very difficult client. I am very picky and had a huge list of options that were a must. Lisa was very patient in helping us find our perfect home. She never made me feel like a bother even though I was constantly tugging her in all directions. I always thought a realtor put a sign in your lawn, threw some cookies on the table and stood in the living room while people walked around your house. Lisa is not your average realtor--she is much much more! Lisa came to us with a marketing plan that would rival some of the best ad agencies in the country. She was professional and very prepared. She didn't just throw our listing on the MLS. She used every type of social media and built up a buzz on our house. She had pictures professionally done that were so beautiful I wanted to buy the house that was in those pictures. It looked like a model home!! The pictures were all over the Internet and I even received a report each week detailing how many people were looking at our house. Our house became the head cheerleader every guy wanted to take to the prom. We even received an offer before a single person walked through the door! Lisa did not just host an open house, she hosted an EVENT! Lisa and her team actually barbecued hot dogs and served 55 families on the day of our open house. We received 4 offers the day after the open house...all above asking price. Then our sweet hostess/realtor turned into a shark!! She made sure we had a fair deal. She patiently explained the process and alleviated the great number of fears I had. She negotiated a deal to allow us to rent for a month so we would not have to move before the school year ended. Escrow closed and she got paid and I expected to never hear from her again. And she proved me wrong again! In the middle of escrow a window was broken. We couldn't afford to fix it until after the sale of the house. Lisa found us a reasonable contractor and let him in the house while I was at work--twice! Once to allow him to measure the window and then again when he installed it. When we had a yard sale while we were renting, Lisa lent us Yard Sale signs and even offered to put them out for us! And then after we finally moved out a month after escrow closed--a month after she was paid--a month after most realtors would have been done and on to the next client, Lisa came out to the house and did a finally walk through to make sure we would get our renter's deposit back. And then, if all that wasn't enough, before she left, SHE gave me a thank you card! I sold a house and gained a friend. If you are buying or selling a home you must give Lisa a call.
