At Sellstate Leading Edge Realty, we have been assisting our clients with their REO needs for over 13 years.

The Broker for Leading Edge Realty is Dan Kildea, who has worked in the REO side of real estate since he first received his license in 1998 For the last 3 years, Dan has worked exclusively as a Listing Agent for REO properties, and does not work with buyers.

Additionally, our team consists of 4 REO agents, that work predominantly with listing REO, but also work with traditional Sellers and Buyers. We also have many traditional Real Estate agents that work with traditional sales. One of our team is a very well respected Specialist in handling Short Sales.

Our office also has a full time Office Administrator, who assists in the distribution of contracts and paperwork to parties involved, and we run our own REO Accounting department, to pay the necessary REO bills and process for reimbursement.
