| Shopped for a 30 year fixed jumbo loan last Sept. and got similar quotes on interest rates, but the only person who got the terms that I wanted was Elva! Elva's knowledge of the mortgage business, the market place, and what her money sources could and could not do was way above anyone else I had been working with. The other loan brokers were basically "paper pushers" who would do the "trial and error" approach. Totally useless they were! Elva was much different in that she had the contacts and knew in advance what they would accept and not accept. She was also great at thinking outside the box and actually putting a deal together, all within the guidelines of the lender. No hanky-panky, just smart business and diligence in staying on top of the whole process. And, the loan closed within 30 days as promised! I will definitely use her again and would feel 100% safe and comfortable in recommending her to anyone who is seeking financing. Tom (This was posted on Yelp) |

| We used Elva for a refinance back in January of 2013. Not only was she able to get the lowest rate out of anyone we worked with, but she was very professional and easy to work with. I thought going in that we would be trading customer service for price, but I couldn't have been more wrong. She initially gave us a low rate with a Bank that has been historically tough to work with. She was upfront about it and left it to us as to whether or not we would like to proceed. We proceeded anyway and unfortunately were turned down. Even though Elva warned us about the Bank not being easy to work with, she credited us for our appraisal since we didnt get the loan. We then went with the next Bank who was easier to work with. They approved our loan and the booking went seemlessly. Overall, we received a rate that was by far and away the best rate in the market. Elva was the most upfront and pleasant broker I have ever worked with. I would gladly reccomend her to other people looking for a mortgage or looking to refinance. (This was posted on Yelp) |

| I knew from a previous refinance what a pleasure it was to work with Elva. She found me the lowest rate, was professional throughout, and was a pleasure to work with. I found out how extremely efficient Elva is during the recent completion of a purchase of a home through a short sale. By the time all the approvals were signed, there were only 3 weeks to complete the purchase. Elva walked the mortgage paperwork through, expediting each step. The loan actually funded a day early.
