WHY DID I BECOME A REALTOR?

Shortly after buying my own home, I became a realtor.  I felt I should have been more informed about the home buying process and received more counseling from my Realtor.  I wished I had had a better understanding about the loan process and the different programs that were available.  That's when I decided to take action and become more knowledgeable in Real Estate and Mortgages and share that expertise with my clients.  I want my clients to get the best mortgage available for their situation and a home that fits their needs.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME WHICH WILL HELP YOU IN THE HOME BUYING PROCESS.

I was a Purchasing Manager for a number of years for a Water Purification Manufacturing Company in Plymouth, Massachusetts.  From there, I became a Project Manager for a company that erected Steel Buildings.  Both my business experience and my Business Management degree enables me to utilize my background in my Real Estate Business.  Negotiations are second hand to me, but it helps the 1st time home buyer in getting their home for the best price or the experienced sellers, who can be assured that I am working in their best interest and negotiating on their behalf.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Continuing Education is very important in the Real Estate Business, especially with all the changes that are going on.  That's why I have the following designations and continue to become more knowledgeable on a daily basis.

 ABR                Accredited Buyer Representative - the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

 e-PRO            e-PRO®  Expands your digital skills to connect with your market online.

 SFR                Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource - Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today's market - they are critical.  If you or someone you know is falling behind on their mortgage, whether from an increase in interest rate, lost job, divorce or unforeseen hardship, don't lose your home to foreclosure.  Take advantage of my extensive short sale and foreclosure training.  It's imperative to employ an agent who knows the intricate process, an agent who will work with your bank in a timely manner, because time is crucial.
