What is unique about me?

I was the last child born on the old Moulton Ranch in 1976.

(Which now consists of the cities of Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Aliso Viejo and parts of Mission Viejo).

I'm a (4th) Generation real estate agent in Orange County, a stand-out "Realtor" in the community, an award winning Top Producer, Speaker, Teacher and Author.  

I'm also a former professional surfer.

I grew up in my hometown of Laguna Niguel. I saw everything grow in front of me.
(One of the few who were both Born & Raised in Laguna Niguel, California).
My friends are my clients.

Grandpa was also a Director for the Anaheim Board of Realtors for 25 years, he served the County on the Orange County Assessment Appeals Board, and he taught real estate (ethics) classes at night. My Grandmother was a lender for 35 years and my 2nd Dad/Godfather is a prominent real estate developer. My Great-Grandmother was a licensed Realtor in Garden Grove, California in the '60's.
I have been in the real estate sales business for 14 years as a licensee, and started working in the business in 1998 for my family.
