I often times get calls from past clients with questions pertaining to various aspects of real estate any thing from improvements recommendations to general questions. I do my best to recommend professionals who can assist them in answering their question when it is not within my expertise such as attorneys,tax or financial advisers. I attend seminars that will improve my skills and allow me to more proficient in all aspects of my work as a Realtor. I also have experience in foreclosures and short sales. This background always me to share my expertise in working this area of rel estate. in my opinion Investors and would be investors benefit in working with me because of my knowledge and experience in working with financial institutions disposing of their REO properties. I also feel that my knowledge of this market area is of benefit to the financial institutions as well. My knowledge of general home repair and construction is also helpful in assisting a buyer or seller when there is a concern with respect to the home under consideration or being sold. I often make suggestions as to the possibilites a home may have or make recommendation of improvements that can be made to enhance the marketability of the home to increase its value.
