   My specialties include: military relocation- with Fort Benning being in my area I represent many military families moving from other bases. I feel they deserve an agent who will help make their transition as smooth as possible and give them all the necessary information about our area.

First time home buyers- I get a huge smile on my face when handing them the keys to their new home. I explain the entire process of buying a home from applying for a mortgage to closing and am with them every step of the way.

Home staging and marketing- Selling your home is my top priority. I don't just take a listing and wait for another agent to sell it. I begin with pricing it correctly from the start, then a home staging overview so the home can shine, then on to marketing the property. With 90% of home buyers searching on the Internet I use my technical skills to make sure the home is on every site possible. I hold agent's open houses, public open houses, property tours and caravans. I won't stop until it sells.

My Town

  I live in a very unique area. My office is located in Columbus, Georgia.  Our "town" consists of many different areas. I actually live twenty minutes north of Columbus on Lake Harding. It is a beautiful place with great views and wildlife. Only fifteen minutes north of that is Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain with something for everyone year round: Swimming, biking, skiing, golf, spa and resort. It is home to The Masters water ski tournament, and Fantasy in Lights.

  Just south of Columbus is Fort Benning, "Home of the Infantry". Many of the military families stationed here live in Columbus, Phenix City and Fort Mitchell Alabama. Fort Mitchell is very convenient as there is a base entrance there as well as in Columbus. Many new subdivisions are being built there to accommodate the growing number of families coming to our town.
