It’s not often when a 20-year old son asks his parents to attend Gustav Holst’s (1874-1934) fascination with The Planets, as performed by the Colorado Springs Philharmonic on this last Saturday.  Yet, that’s what we did.  We accepted Kristofer’s invitation and were delighted by Thomas Wilson, conductor and the Colorado Springs Vocal Arts Ensemble.
The night was a smashing hit of culture, as expressed in the Colorado Springs community at the Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts.
