Unlike some areas in central Ohio, homes in Dublin schools both sale and "for sale" prices of homes are up.

I am not sure where August went but it is time for "Football Friday Night" in central Ohio, including the Dublin school district. Today, Friday, August 24, 2012 is the first games of the 2012 high school football season, for the Dublin varsity teams. Dublin City School District students in Delaware, Franklin and Union County just went back to school this week for the 2012 school year.

Dublin home sales in July were down 15.5% from June 2011. The 71 homes sold in July 2011 is up 12.7% from last year. Homes for sale was down 15.9% from last year when there was 6.9 months based on sales.
