The Santa Monica Market Trends Report for Single Family homes is very telling. Sellers and potential sellers need to look at this report. Over the past few months you have heard me say and write about the shift that has taken place in the local Real Estate Market. There is an old saying "Don't kill the messenger, just because you do not like the news being delivered" with that said instead prepare and handle the situation with good information.

Bird, Lime, Lyft, Jump and the list is growing day by day. It was not that long ago that I wrote a post about "Bird" & "Lime" and how the local governments need to regulate them.
Some of you who read my posts consistently know how dismayed I have been with the various “toys” that have been introduced in my market. These “toys” are not just a convenience, rather they are a nuisance at the same time.

Often times when foreign buyers begin their search for a home, they start focusing on areas such as Beverly Hills and/or Malibu. This question always comes up: where would you want to live and call it home? In my experience foreign buyers who are not familiar with the Greater Los Angeles area first focus on Beverly Hills and Malibu because it has name recognition. The Museum of Flying has a very interesting and colorful history. It has been affected just like us by the Trials and Tribulations of the Economy. Good news is just as the economy is improving so is the Museum.
