It has been about 3 or 4 month since I made the switch from my blackberry to the iPhone.  Keep in mind I carried a Blackberry for about 7 years.  I had a RIM device when they were 2 way pages, and every version since, so making the switch has not been easy.  However, at this point if you put a iPhone and BB next to each other, i would have to take the iPhone.  The main reason is for the apps it has, and the major downside is the ATT service.  Now the data service is definitely faster without question.  Verizon's … (11 comments)

The Listing Flip and Flop on New Years Day 310 properties in Middlesex County expired on 12/31/2009 and 69 new properties listed today!  That means there are about 250 expired listings to market to.
231 properties in Essex County expired on 12/31/2009 and 57 new properties listed today!  That means there are about 180 expired listings to market to.

Once you have entered a listing in the mls and it is ready to go, what is the first step you take to market you're listing and get it out there for the world to see?

A great listing presentation is not important if you don't have a seller to speak too, we don't need an outstanding buyer presentation if we don't have buyers to talk too. 
So before we spend hours on new presentation material, organizing our files, and other tasks that don't lead directly to business, we should stop and think....I need to focus on capturing my leads and finding someone to in fact present too, in any sales organization we must never forget the basics or good old fashion lead generation.
