This weekend is the annual Blessing of the Fleet 2014 in Narragansett RI both at the Pier and in Galilee, July 25 & 26th. On Friday evening it is the Blessing of the Fleet Road Race with about 4000 runners, walkers and wheelchair entrants compete on a picturesque and certified 10-mile road course through Narragansett, ending at "The Towers" on the ocean (immediately adjacent to Seafood Festival at the Pier).
