This realtor talks with her hands! Even when I was in banking and doing management training in an ethnic community known for their fine Italian food and deep familial roots, people would ask me "Are you Italian?" Well perhaps it had to do with my Western European looks but more so it had to do with the movement and gesturing of the hands that caused them to say this line. It is always interesting to look back and analyze (a bit) why some listings did not come your way and ask what are some sellers drinking?
