Pumpkin Spectacular - Jack o Lanterns - Roger Williams Park Zoo 2016. This Jack-o-Lantern spectacular display is in high gear at the Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence RI. The even goes to November 4 and is a must see event. This mega pumpkin event draws people from in state and out of state to this amazing visual bonanza of fun. RI real estate can be seen in a most unique setting. It was the creative genius of John Reckner, a Massachusetts native, who 20+ years ago started the idea brewing. As many prepare for the Halloween extravaganza on October 31st, we offer many scarey haunts and goblins throughout Rhode Island. The main event is the Jack-o-Lantern Spectacular at Roger Williams Park in Providence RI.
These magically intricately carved 5000 pumpkins can be seen early evening through the park...a must see for all ages! The park opens at 6 p.m. for this Pumpkin and Boo show.

How to carve a stupendous pumpkin! Oh, are you asking me who actually is incredibly good with detail when I am quilting but on the orange vegetable not so hot...time to call in the troops with better expertise. You are sure I meant the phenomenal pumpkin carvers at the Pumpkin Extravaganza at Roger Williams Park Zoo right? Unfortunately, they are just too busy over there maintaining and creating more pumpkin displays of upwards of 5000 for all the lucky viewers in RI.
