Yes that is correct Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) Interest Rate Is At 3.875% This Week!!! I could not believe my eyes when I saw the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) Interest Rate for this week, I have never seen it hat low. Who would ever have expected the interest rate on a 30 year fixed mortgage to go below 4%, and this is just their basic rate. If a Borrower is a Teacher or a Police Officer, they may qualify for an additional .125% off of that rate. Veterans can also qualify for an addition .125% off of the rate … (24 comments)
