The MORTGAGE PRO Week in Review is back. This weekly review has been away the last 18 months due to the lack of volunteers, in helping to get mortgage related information out to the public and to help keep realtors up to date on the ever changing topics of mortgages. This review will appear every Sunday eevning, once a week. There will be a post in a few days about this group and how you can volunteer.

The Mortgage Week in review is kind of like the AR week in review. We try to find some of the better mortgage related blogs, trying to bring you current updates and opinions about today's market and those changes taking place. I had to do this last minute because the previous person that volunteered had something come up last minute. And we are always looking for volunteers.
So, onto some important issues. There has been a lot of talk, talk, talk.... about lower interest rates for mortgages in the stimulus package. I feel that there needs to be (32 comments)
2009 is a new year with more twists than ever before..... CHANGE - thinks are changing in the real estate world. Mortgages are changing still... the guidelines are changing weekly in some cases.
You need to make sure that you find a better than average loan officer in today's world of mortgages. If not, it could cost you thousands.
Just a FYI on rate blogs : Those blogs or things found online that mention, mortgage rate reports, daily mortgage interest advisory, interest rate reports, and interest rate advisory reports.... this is just my opinion, but (25 comments)
What is the Mortgage Pro Week in Review, for those that are new to Active Rainor those that haven't come across these in past weeks? It's 1 member from AR that volunteers their time to pick any mortgage related blog in a course of a specified week. And these posts don't have to always be written by loan officers. A good one written by a realtor, a title person, an appraiser, etc, etc.....they are always welcomed. Times are changing and we all need to stick together. Basically, we are trying to pick the best out (32 comments)

I just want to educate people about mortgages and the process.
In regards to lending, I am very creative, intuitive, honest, and one who communicates information, may it be good or bad. I am a loan officer that looks out for your best interest.
