Went to a great party last night to preview the 904 West Ave Condos.  These condominiums are awesome.
Every individual unit has their own photovoltaic systems and tank-less water-heater.  This is a great way to control your energy costs and carbon footprint. 
These condos are in a very nice location so close to Local Businesses, Whole Foods, West 6th St and Downtown.
904 West is a small and cozy complex.  You don't have the stress of a huge high-rise.  Walk out the door and you are almost on street level.

A few more weeks to get a free toilet.Because of all the success, this program it will be suspended at the end of July.  The city is requesting then going to request for a new contract and it will go to City Council in the new budget year (October). This means the city will accept applications for your free high efficiency toilet (HET) until July 31 or until they run out of the remaining toilets, whichever occurs first.  Make sure to turn in your vouchers within 10 days of receipt.
