The Anthem, AZ real estate market slowed down a bit in July. The number of homes sold was down 33% from a year ago. Even the 12 month moving average sale price, ($308,874, up 3% from the previous year) has started to level off a bit. The number of homes currently on the market is 189 with the days on market at 73, 17% less than a year ago. Combined with a burn rate of 2.80 months supply, and we still have a very balanced market in Anthem.
