So we all have our rituals of following up with buyers and processing those action steps after showing property such as Landfall homes. For those of us who love love love technology and apps and smartphones we've played around with tons of tools. Here's some of what i've settled on.
The 2 apps I use are Swipes and Evernote. The former integrates with the latter for great to-do lists and reminders and notes that can be delayed and rescheduled quickly. 2012 was the year that Landfall real estate sale in Wilmington NC exploded again. Let's look at the numbers for in landfall to see the trends of 2011 June, July and August to 2012, and there is a staggering increase here here you have 18, 17 and 16 transactions in 2012 but there was only had 10, 6 and 6 in 2011. So as many of you know I have a Landfall real estate blog and a Landfall channel on YouTube and it’s an amazing community, it won me address of the year nationally, not that long ago. 2 weeks since the Landfall real estate blog last indexed by Google 2 months ago I started blogging about Landfall homes in Wilmington North Carolina. Intense blog posts have been written with much market data and analysis taking hours and hours. And it is beyond frustrating to have google ignore it for weeks while I stay on page 2 of the results.
