My daughter came home the other day and was ranting, something didn't sit right. She is a teenager so I usually just listen, nodd, and then work on why she feels that way or how she can figure out how to solve the problem.

social networking: Excitement building in Vancouver BC..2010 Winter games celebrations! - 02/02/10 06:05 AM
Vancouver is only a hop skip and jump away from Bellingham,Wa and I frequently go up for Canucks games. On this particular day I was able to enjoy the energy that is building in Vancouver for the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympics. Vancouver city is getting ready and everywhere you go you can feel the excitement. On our way to the hockey game there was a crowd surrounding the countdown clock and many different areas getting ready for the hosting of the games.

Yesterday I had a busy day lined up.. My daughter and I were up in the early morning to help with a race called Haggen 2 Haggen. 
She was photographing the event and I was in charge of getting her from point to point. 
Of course while I am waiting I am visiting with all the walkers and runners for the event, great conversations and a beautiful day in Bellingham Wa. 
The turnout is fantastic and I just can't resist taking a few shots of the runners getting ready and posting on Twitter which feeds into my Facebook and … (5 comments)
