While Marival isn't a patio home community, it DOES fit well with our focus on low maintenance living for our buyers that don't specifically want a patio home. New Tech Tools & New Capabilities Palm Treo. Blackberry Storm II. At one point perhaps the forefront of technology, but now just archaic remnants of past technological prowess??
