Actually, Preston offers a wide variety of townhome options, from typical affordable townhomes, to upscale luxury villas.
One can live at the country club community without worries about home maintenance, grounds maintenance, or other similar distractions. Joining Prestonwood Country Club is optional, and offers golf, swimming, tennis, and a variety of community activities.

Townhomes have become increasingly popular in the Cary, Apex, Morrisville area over the last several years, for convenience, cost, and lower maintenance demands.
And some townhome buyers often prefer end unit homes for a variety of reasons. But, to millions of Americans, a place to put the cat's litter box is a serious consideration and a desirable attribute in a home.
We were looking at affordable condos in Cary this morning and I posed the question.
I had the nice lady back and forth on where it would go. That condo had a couple of possibilities. The townhome we viewed next just really had no place suitable for Kitty's relief station. I'm sure that's why it didn't make the cut.
