realty: Be the Ball when searching for real estate

An article I wrote yesterday. Have you ever played baseball or golf. Some will tell you to "be the ball". In real estate, as a realtor, being the ball really has no application.
However, you can give those of your clients and those interviewing you the edge when it comes to looking at real estate listings via the MLS. I'm sure you have other ways to find real estate listings, pre marketing networking groups, for example.
How about keeping tabs on those real estate listings in pending and back up status?

realty: I love the Video - Even with the extra 10 pounds

Well - I must say, I am not the BEST - but I am getting better. Real Estate by Video - you need this. I have recorded with web-cams. The web-cam does not give me such pretty pictures.
I am using a Kodak 8i with 4gb memory cards and a wired, battery powered, condensor mic.
I also have a tri-pod that stands about 66 inches tall.
When you have a thought do this:
Pull over to safety - 1.5 minutes Turn off Motor - 12 seconds Put Keys in Pocket - 2.5 seconds Remove Camera and Tri pod from Car - 3.7 … (1 comments)

Please sign up so we can get you included on our Referral Network with Real Estate in Southern California. We limit our AOI, Area of Influence to about a 37 mile radius from the Santa Clarita Valley. realty: Short Sale pricing, is it an excuse to get Leads?

With this new Short Sale market - I have seen a lot of agents pricing properties way under market value when they are of the Short Sale Variety.
I have been so bold to call them to discuss the appraisal issues that will come about as a result of the underpricing.
We all love a great deal. In fact, I would venture to say that there is not one of us that does not want to look like the Hero in front of our clients.

Searching on Google for Santa Clarita Real Estate is key when you are searching for an agent to represent you. It is not about the agent, however. Stevenson Ranch is located on the West side of the Santa Clarita Valley just west of the Five Freeway. Stevenson Ranch Parkway flows through most of it as does Pico Canyon.
With Condo's and Town-Homes to Single Family Residences and Luxury Homes - it has an Excellent School and a very large shopping center nearby. It is a fantastic community.

Saugus California, not to be confused with Saugus Massachusetts - is located within the Santa Clarita Valley.
The Santa Clarita Valley is located just north of Los Angeles. We are about 13 minutes of driving time from the Santa Clarita Valley to Foothill Division. I did the drive many times during my LAPD time.
Now I am about 8 minutes from Davis Training Facility where I am a Firearms instructor with the PD as a reserve officer.
