You may not have realized it but there are more homes with interior cameras than ever before.
Technology is very cheap and the ability to monitor a home from the other side of the planet is super easy and convienent.
When I was with the LAPD, we knew that the camera can show the truth and also distort it. That's why we strived to act accordingly. Sometimes that did not work out so well for our department...

Real Estate services can be summed up in stories.
The best realtors will be able to provide you experience as seen through theirs and their client's eyes.
As we close the loop on the real estate syndication websites and those sites which are "agent rating" in nature, we see that some of the best questions are those which are asked in an open ended nature.
Instead of asking for numbers - ask about difficult deals and the remedies the realtor was able to come up with.
