Harling Point Park and The Chinese Cemetery, Oak Bay, BC. Harling Point Park and The Chinese Cemetery, is considered Canada's oldest Chinese Cemetery, and as such a significant National, Canadian and Chinese Historic and cultural site. In 1903 this beautiful location was purchased by the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association and was used as a Cemetery until 1950.
