Time to turn my two old sheds in for a new one. One of these two sheds came with the house when we purchased the house 13 years ago and the other we put together about 10 years ago. Both went through the flood of 2011.
My new shed will be 10 X 24 with 8' side walls.
It will have a pitched roof like the garage. I can't wait to get all the stuff out of my garage so I can park my car in there once again.

All To Often We Plan On "Getting Through" The Day.
I'm certainly guilty of hoping for a light and easy day from time to time but most of the time I plan on a "hard" day of work. There is something very gratifying about getting everything accomplished you hoped to, or even better, getting more done than you expected.
Realtors always look forward to days with a closing. A closing means a paycheck and the relief of knowing that one BIG task has come to a beautiful end.
I had a GREAT day today and none of it was planned or scheduled.

Why do we say "a common sparrow"? What's common about it? Do they all have the exact same markings?
Do you think they look at us and say "A common human"?
As a real estate professional how often do you refer to your listing as a common; say a typical 3 bedroom ranch?
Of course we all use "puffing" when we write up a listing for the MLS and sales flyer's but do we really take the time to discover what makes our/each listing special or do we just throw in words like GREAT, Spectacular, and don't forget Awesome?

I'm not sure if this furry little friend is a mother or about to become one but as she sat under my bird feeder picking up the corn that the birds rejected it was obvious that one of the two apply (mother or about to be mother). It made me glad that all that bird food I put out kept her healthy this winter. Happy Rodents Mothers Day to my furry friend.
Kinda looks like she has morning sickness there but she was just sniffing for another piece of corn.

Prior to last night the last concert I went to was in the early 70's. It was the last concert because it stunk so bad (as a show) that I didn't want to ever be ripped off again. Last night all I could think of was "I'm sure glad I did not pay for these tickets".

I'm not real familiar with the Blackwood Brothers but I love Gospel Music and I'm really looking forward to this concert.
I've never been an Elvis fan either but I've got a feeling that I will be a much bigger fan after seeing "Danny Elvis's" impersonation of The King of Rock and Roll. I do know that Elvis did a lot of excellent Gospel recordings.

When I was shopping for a place to hold my daughters Birthday I didn't think having it Comfort Suites for a fee of $170.00 (which did include a room for the night) was much of a bargain... boy was I WRONG!

We just returned from the year end ROTC awards banquet and Tina received an awesome amount of awards and ribbons once again. This is her 2nd year and in her 1st year she received more awards than any other Freshman.
Tonight she received several awards but two really stand out. #1) National Society United States Daughters of 1812, which includes a ribbon and #2) Air Education And Training Command, which includes a pin.
