Want to be treated like a Doctor, then start acting like one! One of the biggest things that the "top producer seminar gurus" pitch is to act like a doctor. Real Estate newsletters! I like them....unless they are these company generated newsletters that are just throwing a blanket over the national real estate market.
I really do enjoy reading what is going on in the real estate market, but only if it is directly related to my market, I honestly do not care about the national trends, they have absolutely no affect on me as a buyer or seller.
