new home construction: Some New Homes are Just Plain Ugly! What Were The Builders Thinking?

Is it just me, or have some of the new construction homes just gotten plain ugly? They aren't country, traditional, contemporary, traditional or modern...They are junk in my opinion. There is a term in real estate called economic obsolescence when a home has reach the end of a practical use...this could be a home with a conversation pit, or a home where there is only 1 full bath, a small one car garage, a dirt basement may qualify for this banner! These homes are usually relics of another age, and have little or no appeal for today's buyers. These outdated homes … (4 comments)
