Hi Lorrie... I love books and book sales.  There always seems to be a gem hidden in there somewhere!

"I listen for a living." It's all about you.

Lorrie, I have been told that the book is dead, along with the newspaper, but I absolutely love to have them in my hands.  A kindle does not allow me to add my own notes in the margin or fold down the page for later review.   I am also a lover of the internet and all the tools, but when I want to relax and enjoy, it is always a book. Thanks for your post.

Call a Marana neighbor, I'm THERE!

This really sounds fun!  We go to the Friends of the Library sales around here!  A few weeks ago we stumbled across a thrift store that was clearning out paperbacks 9 for $5.  We came home with BAGS!  I hope the Bookwork Bash is a SMASHing success!
