Stonelake is an area just South of the Laguna West-Lakeside in Elk Grove, Ca. It is a very nice area and should not be overlooked when searching for homes in the Laguna West-Lakeside area. According to Trulia, the median home sold for $263,000 for the year ending Nov. 2010 with an average price/square foot of $104.
The Stonelake community club houseis your first site coming into the main entrance of the Stonelake area. The Lakeside club house and pool, which my family frequents, is right on the lake, but I am a little jealous of Stonelake's club house area, which is sandwiched between a park, tennis courts and a children's play area.
Nottoli Park and Elliot Ranch Elementary School share the same beautiful area. My family has spent endless hours at this park. My boys both played competitive soccer for Elk Grove and this has been one of their main practice fields. If your family is into competitive soccer, I imagine you will be spending a lot of time here. There are plenty of youth sports programs here in Elk Grove. My wife and I like to jog from our Lakeside home, take the walking path around Nottoli Park, continue around the Stonelake Community and return home. It is just about perfect for us. That is how we ended up with all these pictures, on one days jog. That is also why a picture or two may be a little fuzzy ;o).
Stonelake is a quiet community, the homes are on the newer side, is conveniently located next to Interstate 5 and is an enjoyable area to visit or make your home. Come out and take a closer look.
