Ranging in price from $187,500 to $1,195,000 26 new listings hit the market in T/E school district in the last week. Four apartments, 7 town homes and 15 single family homes were listed. More homes were listed in Tredyffrin township than Easttown.
Apartments ranged in price from $187,500 for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Chesterbrook to $419,900 for a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath apartment in Arbordeau a gated community in Devon.
Town homes were priced from $319,000 for a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath home in Paoli, to $425,000 for a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath home in Waynesbrooke West. Easttown actually had the least priced and the highest priced town home in the last week.
15 Single family homes of all styles and types came on the market this week, from split levels, ranches and Victorians, the least priced home was in Paoli in Tredyffrin township a 3 bed 1 1/2 bath home 1498 sq feet on less than a quarter acre priced at $349,900 and the highest priced home was a 5 bed 3 and 2 half bath colonial 4,829 sq feet on a premier road in Easttown township sitting on 2.10 acres priced at $1,195,000.
During the same time period only 4 homes went under contract, these were priced from $329,900 to $735,000 and of course need to move through the contingency period for inspections and mortgages before changing status to pending and then settled.
