Well, the other day I was trying to figure out why I had so much time on my hands and realized that I have not been on Active Rain for a while. I do not know that I have much to share, but wanted to get back into the swing of thing.
Business is really picking up and I am doing right much volume right now.

So Ginger....what's new and exciting in Southport NC???? What is driving your market (resort living, retiree's, investors picking up rental income properties, first-time buyers, etc)?

The retirement community is still driving our area...plus we are right on the Atlantic in a very scenic location of Southport NC. How about your market?
