BANK OF AMERICA EATS PEOPLE UP LIKE FRENCH FRIES WITH LOTS OF KETCHUP

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with people first...then business Ran Right Realty 636943 licensed to thrill

You go in the FRONT doors of any branch and there are the tellers with fixed smiles and long lost friend attitudes waiting to help you and care for you. Some of them are young and naive and have no knowledge of who they work for. Others are afraid you will find out. Find out what you may ask? The back END is chewing people up

THEY EAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU EAT FRENCH FRIES

B of A is one of the worst perpetrators of violating peoples rights professionally and personally in existence bar none

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO BEHAVE?

This bank operates with impunity. They have effectively used their contacts in government to skate rules and regulations and consequently they operate as mavericks and have even come up with a perverted business strategy. They now only respond to litigation. Yes, you have to sue them to get anywhere and that takes time and money.

THEY WIN BECAUSE YOU LOSE

Most people who have to sue them don't have time and money so the B of A automatically wins by default. In other words, people don't fight back and just get gobbled up. Now, if you are able to fight back, then you will prevail eventually assuming your cause is just. Consider that no one would sue these people for fun either.

FOLLOW B OF A 's LEAD

All the other large banking institutions follow their lead too. The reasoning is that they see B of A get away with all sorts of nonsense and they too have friends in high places. Until B of A gets put on notice, lets just do what they do. So the unethical behavior is duplicated in just about all of the big banks you visit.

YOU CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP

Just Google them to see how many unjust acts they are accused of some of which would lead you to want to join me on my parting thought:

Bank of America should not be allowed to use the word America in their name

Richie,  They are my all time least favortie lender in the world.  They are worse than talking to the government.  Absolutely no regard for the human spirit.

Eric...I have been there and done that. It is like we are combat veterans and there is no need to describe the enemy fire...but just share that we were not killed or taken prisoners....Best to you and thanks you

So tell us what you really think!  I'm about to go through a short sale with them now.  Last experience with them made no sense.

Belinda...Your comment speaks so loudly yet with such soft words. You  know Belinda, they could do so much good if they would invest in the human race instead of gobbling it up

Hopefully consumers will start voting with their feet. The best way to hurt a rogue organization is to stop doing business with them.

Randy...lol...I am actually holding back. On your short sales with them, document everything and be weary of last minute changes which this bank is famous for doing. I am in a short sale with them as we speak too. Good luck and stay as objective as you can until your deal is concluded...best

Doug...I am hoping for just that...What is scary is that they don't operate like a business which is accountable to normal business practices. Adding insult to that conduct is their indifference to regulation. Remember, as we speak, they are being sued for fraud...FRAUD? Whoa I wouldn't be doing business with anyone who has a fraud issue unless you are a glutton for punishment and losses..than you for commenting Doug

Richie - I'm going to second Doug's response and say that until people stop using their services and start taking their money elsewhere, BofA will continue to operate as business as usual.

Hello Donne...I am going to agree with both of you and Doug on this....We need people who help and care about people during these tough times which are going to get tougher too. Donne...imagine all the good someone this big could do if they would support loan mods, expedite short sales, and provide extra ordinary assistance. The public would beat a path to their door. This post would be about praising and supporting instead of CAVEAT EMPTOR....best

I agree with the folks above.  Vote them out, by pulling any money you have with the out and put it in a local bank with a good business model.  Warn others, highlight abuses and sound the trumpet.  It's time for some of these folks to get a little justice of their own.

Richie,

Good Post.  Yes, Bank of America leads the pack.  It is part of a bigger problem...a criminal syndicate.  Our country's banking system is a problem.  It would be a breath of fresh air if our congress would get csome courage and reform the system.  Community Banking seems to be a better alternative.  BTW, I like the idea of taking "Amarica" out of Bank of America.

C. Lloyd....What a meaningful comment and food for thought...If our politicians weren't in bed with the these "make money at all costs" people, America works and works well...Everyone should have a KING in their own castle....themselves...best to you C. Lloyd

Richie, we should put our money where our mouth is.  B of A is still in business because so many consumers are still getting loans from them, and also still have bank accounts with them.

Regina...I know. There are so many other decent banks and credit unions who give outstanding service and really care. I want them to flourish instead of a bank that evicts military while we are at war.  Provident Bank is very people oriented and Real Estate agent welcomed place to do business and will negotiate a short sale in clear, precise terms with no nonsense. Let people investigate other sources to do business with is my wish
