The 29th day of the Blogging challenge found me stuck in another "busy" day. There was a rush of Buyers with hope and dreams to close before New Years and Banks and Asset Management Companies with the need to get BPO's and Occupany Status reports completed by the New Year. My first priority was getting these buyers into their homes. It would need to be a day of making miracles happen.
With lots of hard work we got committment for both buyers. In between the 30 or so phone calls there were 9 homes that had to be visited. The common theme was all were vacant or abandoned. Four different Banks all had the same theme of tightening their belts and getting these empty houses through the system and onto the market. It is actually a good time here in NH as our inventory is way down and sales remain up.
There was one home out of the 9 that was really special that I wanted to share with you all. I have listed a lot of home sthat have had various items stripped, but by far was this was the most stripped home ever. Please enjoy the view of what was left of the kitchen.
They took everything BUT the kitchen sink. Counters GONE, Cabinets GONE, copper pipes GONe, electrical wires, GONE, SheetrockNO WHERE TO BE FOUND.
