Anita, Villas of Hunters Green offers a good centralized location for accessing quite a few of the local amenities.  And the pool complex is immediately outside of the entrance to this patio home community.

Dorie, We could see the Villas of Hunters Green being in even higher demand if the entire buying public understood the patio home concept.  It's an ongoing public education process and why we have extra marketing devoted to this niche.

Michael, We can certainly see the value in those videos.  Perhaps someday we'll get to that point for some key neighborhoods, but right now the time intensive part of video shooting and editing just can't make it to the top of our to do list.

Janis, It definitely takes time.  We did drivearounds last weekend taking pictures for about 10 communities (including this one).  And as soon as we finish those we'll have more to do.  Not sure we'll ever actually capture all of them we'd like!

Michelle, Our local area has done well (and with good reason).  Mason #24 and Springboro #42 on the Money Magazine list for towns 50k and less, and Lebanon as one of Ohio magazines 2012 5 Best Hometowns.  It's easy to see why in each case these communities are on the lists.

Beth, The visit was a piece of cake and going in and out of Islip is so much easier than Laguardia!  And don't envy you the 106, but it's going to be 94 here today and high humidity.  It must be summer :)
