Overview:
The Broadway Tower Condos are located at 230 E Broadway (300 South) in downtown Salt Lake City. This building used to be an apartment building but was converted into condos in 2010. Since then, most of the units have been sold, but there are still quite a few left. Units can be purchased as either pre-remodel or remodeled. The remodeled price is about $50,000 higher but you basically get a brand new unit.

The Good:
The Broadway Tower Condos in Salt Lake City have some really good things going for them. The location is very good in that it is very close to the city center. City Creek mall is easily in walking distance, as is temple square, and maybe even the Gateway mall. The view is very good. Being a taller building, the Broadway Tower Condos has some of the best views you will find in a condo in Salt Lake City, especially the upper floors. All units have laundry hookups in the unit. This is a huge plus, in my opinion. The HOA fee is reasonably low and they still provide some amenities.

The Bad:
The units that have not been updated are priced very well, but they definitely feel old. Having been used for 25 years as apartments, some of the units feel old. As with all condos in the downtown Salt Lake City area, parking at the Broadway Tower Condos is not ideal, especially if you have two cars. Your unit comes with 1 garage space and there is not a lot of parking on the road. You can rent another space at a nearby garage, but it is not ideal.

The Broadway Tower Moseleum of the whiny living dead, where it's like living at the snowed-in hotel in the classic movie "The Shining" with those two little-girl ghosts with the Big Wheels is a feeing of abandonment, since "neighbors" are rarely seen and must be in their coffins, because walking past people's hear-through doors - you here no signs of life, but beware, they are listening for anything to cry about at the HOA meetings if you made any daytime noise of pleasure's or turned-up a few favorite songs, but consciencely turned the devil's music back down for fear of being a subject of HOA murmuring of being "evicted". The truth is "they" have outside controls of your power and use restricted technology to control or stop computer use if writing to the authorities; they can "impossiblely" stop the use of writing on your plasma smart T.V to post to the public the other criminality from this electrically interconnected hotel of petty tyranny to cover-up what same sort of things that were done to me at my house on 620 S 900 W (salt lake). Do not move here if you want your finances safe & your PRIVACY!I have many stories other than this...
