Beebe Arkansas is getting a Wal-Mart supercenter. It is under construction right now.

So perhaps we need to review Beebe. This picture was just on ebay and sold for $43.56 and I hope someone from Beebe bought it and will treasure it. It is over 100 years old.

This one shows a thriving corner with a filling station.

Beebe Arkansas is a thriving small town in White County. If you have not been to the historic downtown of Beebe lately, put it on your schedule. It is still scenic enough to be a good setting for a movie. I enjoy driving through downtown and so will you.

Funny, there's a blemish that looks like a stop light in lower center of the first pic.

Don, when you are coming to Searcy again get off at the Beebe Conway exit, turn right and just drive down that street, Center St., I think it is, til you come to the old town. It has lots of flea markets, one of them in the depot, and the main street is very scenic. Wonder what those blemishes in that picture were? Drones, perhaps? LOL
