The monOrchid presents 25 Years Downtown in Metro Phoenix - March 2013
The monOrchid Studio and Gallery is premiering the exhibition - 25 Years Downtown. This event begins First Friday, March 1, 2013 with the Detour Art Preview starting at 6p until 11p. This affair will showcase the different lives of several artists and their story-telling through their art. The monOrchid Studio boasts that this show will lend an eclectic view of different types of art while giving comprehensive look into the lives and art of the Phoenician artists. There is a specific and special perspective that living in the Downtown Phoenix area lends to those who are lucky to live there. This fantastic dynamic is evidenced in the 25 Years Downtown exhibit.
The monOrchid Studio and Gallery will be showing and selling the work from artists who are new to the circuit and others who have established a name for themselves in the different circles the art world allows. Recognizable names like Irma Sanchez, Wayne Rainey, and Steven Yazzie - as well as the up-and-comers Daniel Funkhouser, Lara Plecas, and Bill Dambrova that are looking to take Downtown Phoenix art to the NEXT LEVEL. These are the artists whom make a difference with their viewpoint, their attitude, and how they see the world that we all live in. These artists allow us the insight required to see not only the beauty in everything around us, but the beauty that we have within each and every one of us.
