I have known the Smith's for 23 years....  They used to live down the street from me....  They are perhaps the most wholesome wonderful people I know....  I was walking down the street with my 2 children (aged 4 and 2) and stopped and talked to another lady with a 5 year old.... We have been good friends ever since.  They are responsible for many good things in our life and many wonderful memories....  Someday I will write about them....

They left the neighborhood about 12 years ago to move into a larger home.  They bought a 2400 sq ft home a few miles a away on a large lot.   The home suited them.  Instead of spreading out they would often have a student or a single mom from their church living their.  We didn't see them as much but they are still good friends...

A couple of weeks ago my friend called me.  They have their daughter's family living with them.  They are very happy with the arrangement.  They want to make it permanent.  They also have a student living with them.   They were thinking of having the grandfather come in too....  The house is just not big enough..  So I am sending them listings and we will go house hunting soon.

It was good to see that there were houses that met the criteria in their price range!  Sometimes their doesn't seem to enough houses...

Usually I would worry about the situation working out but I have no worries.  I know that they are a big happy family and just want a little more space.   I am looking forward to spending some time with my really good friends.   I told them we will look at houses and if they decide they like their home best that is fine.  I am really looking forward too this.
