Three bedroom homes are very popular with buyers in the Delta, Colorado market. This is an area of the market where we see a lot of activity...like new listings and sales. Contact me if you would like to be notified of the new listings when they come on the market.
At this time there are a wide variety of three bedroom homes for sale in and around Delta. There is something in every price range. This report will include homes in and outside of town. It will include all of those three bedroom homes listed in the local MLS (multiple listing service) in the 81416 zip code that have three bedrooms. This report also includes manufactured homes.
Here's a look at what's currently on the market:
- There are 93 homes listed. Prices start at $79,000 and go up to $1.2 million.
- 21 of those listings are under contract pending a sale.
- The average list price is $251,781. The median list price is $204,900.
- House sizes start at 1056 square feet and go up to 4600 feet.
- 35 of the listings are on at least an acre. 10 of the listings are on at least 10 acres.
- As you can see the number of listings has gone up since my last report, and the median list price has risen significantly.
Let's breakdown the inventory by price:
Under $99,999...there is one active listing and three under contract. - $100,000 to $149,999...there are seven active listings and six that are under contract.
- $150,000 to $199,999...Seven listings are under contract and there is one new listing and there are 22 active listings.
- $200,000 to $249,999...there are 12 active listings and four that are under contract.
- $250,000 to $299,999...there are six active listings.
The remainder of the listings are all priced over $300,000. if you have any questions about this end of the market, I would be happy to answer those for you.
