I'm thankful for Old Forge Crossing!
Within a five to ten minute drive of my home sits Old Forge Crossing. This is a most delightful condo community of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a number of 2 bedroom townhomes as well with 1 cottage. Located on the site of an old farm, this development was built as apartments by Prudential in the late 60's early 70's and then was turned condo.
It is a delightful setting on 40+ acres, with walking trails, a reflecting pond, community pool, tennis courts and also keyed access to the Chester Valley Trail. When our son moved back here from Florida we suggested he rent here which he did and he was so grateful because it is close to everything and everywhere you want to be on The Main Line. Located in Devon, PA it is about 2 miles to the Devon SEPTA station for commuting to Center City Philadelphia. It is close to Route 202 and you can reach West Chester, Wilmington and King of Prussia easily.
Excellent Main Line Restaurants like Nectar are just minutes away along with downtown Wayne, with its Art Deco movie theatre, along with bars, outdoor dining, and coffee shops. Want to entertain at home, Trader Joe's, Wegmans and Whole Foods are all a short drive.
Want to hold a big arty, there is even a club house and the development has a very active social committee as well.
Before i understood anything about SEO I started blogging about Old Forge Crossing, and now I am the top Google ranked agent for Old Forge Crossing. It is a really nice development for first time buyers, downsizers, for just about anyone and of course it is in the #1 ranked in the nation Tredyffrin Easttown School district. Prices are reasonable, and the condo fee covers so much. The development does not allow dogs, but does allow 2 cats per apartment.
