We had this wine with some roasted chicken peas and salad. We had before we left for the wedding I just never got a chance to review it. This has some really deep dark garnet color, with hints of dark berry fruit on the nose, the aromas on the tongue is deep dark cherry and raspberry with a touch on allspice and cassis. I love the Pinot's from the winery but I seem to favor the ones from Peter's vineyard. We cannot find these here except at a few restaurants, luckily we belong to the wine club. Defintely one of our favorite Pinot's.
