They take care of the snow and cut the grass, so you can spend more time enjoying Cincinnati or even heading out of town knowing all is well while you're gone!
Fischer Homes remains one of the largest builders of Cincinnati patio homes, with first floor plans maxing out at about 2000 sq ft and then more can be added with a finished lower level or loft area depending on the selected plan.
Move-in ready patio homes are typically ready in 90 days or less, although some are slightly further out than that and have a TBD date. Since these patio homes were not designed to order, they'll be constructed to fit mainstream tastes and using Fischer's most popular floor plans.
Fischer Homes is currently offering the following new construction patio homes in the Greater Cincinnati area that are already complete or will mostly be ready in the next 3 months.
This month Fischer Homes has 2 patio homes ready in Ohio and 5 in Northern Kentucky. Fischer also has 4 paired patio homes in Northern Kentucky. Paired patio homes can be either ranch or two story attached units depending on the available plan.
The paired patio homes are at Whitestone Links in Florence, Kentucky.
Ohio patio homes:
Pierce Township's Prestwick Place offers a Wilmington (immediate) for $337,900.
Maineville's Miami Bluffs offers an Edenton (TBD) for $314,900.
Northern Kentucky patio homes:
Union's Preakness Pointe offers a Winthrop (30 days) for $370,676 & a Wilmington (immediate) for $319,164.
Alexandria's The Shire At Arcadia has a Kiawah (immediate) for $344,548.
Hebron's Tanner Cove has a Kiawah (immediate) for $339,180. Covington's Tuscany has opened a patio home phase and has an Edenton (TBD) for $338,168.
The paired patio homes in Whitestone Links & Tanner's Cover are priced in the $240s for the paired ranch homes and the very low $200s for the two story paired patio homes. Availability is immediate for one of the ranches and TBD on the remaining 3.
Fischer Homes can sell these or adjust price as they deem necessary (most of the above had price adjustments recently, some up and some down). You can find the latest availability by looking for patio homes on Fischer Homes' Move In Ready page for Greater Cincinnati. Once you're there, if you see something you like, or have further questions, we're going to ask you to go the following:
