You don't have to see every property! At least not in person.

When working with a buyer, your real estate agent can find out a lot of information before you get into your car. An educated buyer is the best kind of buyer.  Here is an example of the information easily obtained by your agent before driving to the property.

 

-The asking price.

-If the home been previously listed

-Any price changes.

- Rental history.

-Original sales price.

-Assessed value.

-The taxes.

-HOA Fees.

-Mortgage amount.

-The year built.

-Size of land.

-The disclosure information.

-Pet friendly.

-Square footage on each level.

-The photos of the previous listings.

-Changes/additions made before /after present owner.

- Is there a pool, fireplaces, well, septic, and the type of heat.

-The size of the principal rooms.

-Garage size and orientation.

-A map of the area.

-The school system.

-Flooring materials.

-The layout of the kitchen.

-The open floor plan of the bathroom!

 

 

Do you think that based on this information, a buyer can decide whether they are interested enough to make an appointment?

Because you don't have to see them all!

Morning Margaret.

When my wife is interested, first thing she looks at is the photos provided by the listing agent.  If it suits her, then yes she wants to see it up close and in person.  If the photos are not good, it's a no go

Kathy Streib So many times a buyer wants to see a lot of houses. If we take time to research, before we go out, to evaluate each home, we can easily narrow the search. And the buyers are satisfied they are not "missing" any homes.
